Custom capital/ Mercantile settlement dispute

<p>Mercantile</p> <p> </p> <p>We have requested for settlement for our rental agreement of our multifunction printer from Mercantile.</p> <p>We have been denied the right to request directly from Mercantile & are refered to a third party supplier.</p> <p>We are now disputing the settlement figure given & requested a breakdown which has also not materialised & only response is that they have referred to their legal department.</p> <p> </p> <p>We not a “happy camper” & still await an amicable, justifiable breakdown of settlement response.</p> <p> </p> <p>Causing much frustration for our business.</p> <p>  </p>
