Apparent ‘business closure’- but still operating?

The message sent conveniently 3 days before we were going to pick up our order, after waiting and empty promises were made for 4 months

Important Announcement – Business Closure After much consideration, I’ve made the difficult decision to permanently close my business in South Africa. The combination of financial challenges and economic instability has made it impossible for me to continue operating or fulfill existing orders. I am deeply sorry to those affected by this. I have always aimed to serve my clients with transparency and pride in my work. Unfortunately, I no longer have the resources to continue. To everyone who has supported me over the years – thank you. I gave this business everything I had, and I’m heartbroken to let it go.
