Lshape Lounge suite :Custom made gone wrong

In July I placed an order with custom Kelly's for a Lshape couch.<br> Kojak the Director of the company assisted me and promised me that according to the specifications everything would be manufactured accordingly. I also noted to them that I would be having a function on the 5th and 6th of September so Custom Kelly's would need to deliver before the 5th and 6 th of September 2015.<br> I was promised if I make the payment within 3 days of my order that the delivery would then be met on the target date. It was the day of the function and I was sitting with a huge problem, Custom Kelly's did not deliver when they had promised me that they would deliver. My couches where also delivered in the rain and with an open k2700 covered in plastic wrapping. The couches was wet and had sand and water on it.<br> After careful inspection I realised that the couch was missing stitching on the piping and where the Lshape meets it does not line up properly.The one is high and the other is low. There is a 3cm gap as to where the couch meets. I was promised on two separate occasions that representatives from Custom Kelly's will come through and have a look at the couch. Up to date nobody has pitched up.
