Product was not delivered as promised. Poor Qualit

Not only was the product delivered to my home late but, the specifications that the supplier agreed to was not met. I ordered a acrylic sheet from Cut2Size and the supplier agreed in advance, to smooth the edges and cut a radius on all the corners. The acrylic sheet arrived warped with rough edges still visible and the corners were not rounded. I sent him an email prior to the order explaining that it was critical that the edges needed to be smooth and the corners rounded. Dave agreed and he assured me that he would make sure that everything would be taken care of and not to worry. This was not a cheap acrylic sheet. I paid Dave R4k for a 1x2 meter acrylic sheet and expected that he would deliver what we had agreed to. <br> I called Dave and he was very defensive and asked me to send it back to him but, he could not promise when he would be able to get acrylic sheet back to me. I feel that I was ripped off by Dave and I would strongly caution all customers about asking for any custom work from Cut2Size.<br> <br>
