Non existent customer service.
I placed an order on the 6th March 2024. made payment. 6 weeks later still waiting.... Monique does not answer calls, emails and sms. I have contacted the office. No one has come to me yet. Extremely poor service.

Dont care about customers
Doing business with this company is pathetic, lack management and respect for clients. The store manager Dave Pea**** is incompetent; unprofessional and treats clients with total disrespect. I order goods 2 weeks ago which was supposed to be ready within 7 days. I called for my goods 12 days later just excuses from Dave Pea**** blaming his head office and designers. He was quick to take the fund payment. The company will never call or keep you updated. Left a message for management to call me they never did. Dave brings disrepute to the company and will destroy the business.

Most useless company I ever dealt with
Everytime doing bussiness with this company is a struggle and absolute nightmare. They never deliver on time. When you finally get your items, the sizes or material is wrong. They quote you on material, which you accept, and then on delivery day(when you phone them), they tell you they are not willing to supply the material they quoted and you have to pay 3 times more for the material they are willing to use! May your life be short, I will not deal with you anymore, and I will make sure nobody I know ever will.

They quote you on material, which you accept, and then on delivery day(when you phone them), they tell you they are not willing to supply the material they quoted and you have to pay 3 times more for the material they are willing to use! May your life be short, I will not deal with you anymore, and I will make sure nobody I know ever will.

Product was not delivered as promised. Poor Qualit
Not only was the product delivered to my home late but, the specifications that the supplier agreed to was not met. I ordered a acrylic sheet from Cut2Size and the supplier agreed in advance, to smooth the edges and cut a radius on all the corners. The acrylic sheet arrived warped with rough edges still visible and the corners were not rounded. I sent him an email prior to the order explaining that it was critical that the edges needed to be smooth and the corners rounded. Dave agreed and he assured me that he would make sure that everything would be taken care of and not to worry. This was not a cheap acrylic sheet. I paid Dave R4k for a 1x2 meter acrylic sheet and expected that he would deliver what we had agreed to. <br> I called Dave and he was very defensive and asked me to send it back to him but, he could not promise when he would be able to get acrylic sheet back to me. I feel that I was ripped off by Dave and I would strongly caution all customers about asking for any custom work from Cut2Size.<br> <br>
