Everytime doing bussiness with this company is a struggle and absolute nightmare. They never deliver on time. When you finally get your items, the sizes or material is wrong. They quote you on material, which you accept, and then on delivery day(when you phone them), they tell you they are not willing to supply the material they quoted and you have to pay 3 times more for the material they are willing to use! May your life be short, I will not deal with you anymore, and I will make sure nobody I know ever will.
So Vodacom now decided they will rather just plainly steal their customers money?? Are times tuff..? I will NOT phone you. I will call you thieves on a daily basis on as many platforms I can get my hands on untill one of you phone me. Please get somebody with matric to phone me, do not have time to listen to one of your usual idiots that do not know what day it is. ********** THIEVES!!!
I applied for a personal loan with ABSA which was approved, last week already. They wanted to payout the loan but I asked them to just wait a day or two. I then this week Monday gave them the go- ahead. After which nothing happened. I phoned on Wednesday just to hear they are waiting for my paperwork all of a sudden. I send this through to Bnolo K****. She had to restart the whole application process. Promissed to get back to me on Thursday morning. Thursday came and went. This morning she got back to me with an excuse that she was not in office Yesterday. Today I get a call, sms and a mail telling me the loan has been approved ägain, and that money will be in my account within an hour. Now 4 hours later, nothing. I called again to ask what the hold up was, only to be told my application has to be done again and it will take 3-4 working days??? What type of amateur bank is this??? The whole time I have been communicating with my "Private banker" , Koketso Maroane, which by the way helped me in no way? Why pay private banking, bank fees for this service?? I still do not even have an telephone number to contact "my" private banker??? Terrible service!!!
<p>1) Took brand new Jeep Wrangler to PG glass Heidelberg for a windscreen replacement in December last year. I reported it</p> <p>The guy changing the windscreen damaged a plastic cover on the inside of my car. I took it to the dealer a month ago as they promised to fix it. I still haven’t heard anything from the branch. I need my car fixed by a authorised Jeep panel beater, some guy from the street which PG Heidelberg employs will not work on my R700 000 car.</p> <p> </p> <p>2) I took the same Jeep to PG Heidelberg a month and a half ago to get a broken rear window fixed. All the hinges, wiper, gas lifts were still intact as the glass only broke around it. All the fittings and rubbers were still fixed by bolts to the car and the broken pieces of glass. The same unqualified person were working on my car, unable to fit the window. I left the roof of my Jeep there for them to fix as I could not wait any longer. They kept on phoning me for advice on how to fit the window!!??? I am the client you are the professional! I recommended they get an expert from another branch to fit my window. I had to phone them for progress, where I was told over the phone to come pick up my roof. (I was driving around in the rain without a roof for 2 days because of PG) When I got there the window was fitted but the gas shocks not, I was told the gas shocks are broken. They are not broken, they just did not have a clue what they were doing. I told them to remove the window, and transfer the claim to a bigger branch that knows what they are doing. I also told them to make sure all the fittings are in my car before I leave. When they were finished some of the parts were missing. There was only one set of rubbers for the one hinge and not the other. When I asked where it is I was told by the same incompetent employee it was never there. Now if it was never there, how did they just fit the window they removed? So he fitted the window without rubbers and hoped I did not notice??? Also some of the parts were still on the window which was now back in the store room. If I did not check these too would be gone.</p> <p> </p> <p>3) The claim was moved to PG glass Alberton and I was assisted by Kyle. I got a message with a booking time and date to come fit my window. On the day of booking I was phoned to cancel the booking because they did not have the window?? How do you make a booking without a window? I then was contacted a week later saying the window is now there I can bring my car. When I asked Kyle about the rubbers needed, he knew nothing about it and was never informed by Heidelberg PG. H promised to sort it out. He phoned me a day later to inform me the rubbers is ordered and will be there in two working days. I phoned him 2 days ago (4 working days after his promise) to find out what is going on? He was busy and I left a message for him to phone me back. Which he did not do. I had to phone again, was told again he was busy, but I forced them to put me through. He told me he is still waiting for the parts, and have emailed Jeep about it, he was waiting for them to reply. Why does he not phone them. He promised me he will get back to me. I told him I needed my car fixed before the weekend, he told me it will be done. It is now Friday, another 2 days later, no feedback from Kyle. It is now a month that I am without a rear window on a car that is 4 months old???</p> <p> </p> <p>Is this acceptable practice for PG glass to treat their clients like this?</p>
<p>Getbucks has no idea what they are doing. You know they are wrong, you show them beforehand there will be a problem, you chat with them, but it is no use. They have absolutely no respesct for their clients, and plainly just do not care. They decide on there own when to debit your account, which is done on your salary date. This is already a huge problem. I get paid on the 25th, but usualy the money is only in he account late on the the 25th not in the morning. Which is standard because my bank differs from my employers bank. So now they debit an account with no money in, in the process getting a return debit, and *****ing up my credit score, ****ing with my life!!!! Secondly the 25th falls on a weekend, how can you debit my account knowing very well I only get paid on the 25th? Who do you think you are ****ing up my life????? Thirdly, I reported this issue earlier this month, and I got a promise that your system will not debit my account untill my sallary is in. Yet today my debit orders returns?? Do you think this is acceptable??</p>
<p>Bsure Africa is suppose to help clients with claims at Anderson Insurance. After multiple complaints, I get told everytime that some manager will look into my problems and get back to me. Nobody ever responds, I still have no idea why my vehicle is not being fixed.</p>
<p>It is too long to elaborate. I was in car accident on 18th of July, it is now 20th of September. My claim is not processed. I am still driving a damaged car. They do not answer their phone, they do not reply to emails. In the process of my claims, two people who were handling it, Susan and Sheldon, left the company, and no one is taking over their clients. I also put in an investigation by the Ombudsman this morning. Who ever the Anderson person is that will read this, please do not reply with |"Sorry to hear, we will investigate". Been there done that, nothing happens</p>
So this is my fouth complaint about LG SA. They first of all do false advertising on their Smart Tv's and then never gets back to unhappy customers. Everytime their excuse is they escalated the issue to the factory. But then leaves it. It is now 5 Weeks since their first promise and still nothing.
Been complaining about LG South Africa false advertising. They limit the SA user and lie to us, but read my other complaints about that. LG markets their TV's as smart devices, which they are, but LG South Africa limits the apps the user can experience to such a regard that the TV cannot be used as a smart device and users are forced to buy 3rd party hardware to enable the tv to be really smart. This is sad though because the user interface is the best out of all available tv, very sad that they limit the user software wise. Simple apps like PLEX are not available on new models athough available on older models??? The query has been raised with LG but 3 weeks later still no proper answer, exept that LG SA is waiting for answers from LG HQ. So rather just buy a monitor or get a Samsung TV which does not limit the SA user.
