I recently purchased a vehicle from Myaa Auto, I reside in Gauteng and Myaa Auto is based in Cape Town so the transaction was a relatively complicated one. I would like to thank Emile and Mogamat for a great service I received from them, Thank you guys!
Really bad service, false promises and no feedback whatsoever. I dropped off the required documents at their offices myself for an extremely simple transaction, made payment after eventually receiving a quote. Two weeks later and I still have no idea what progress has been made.
Absolutely no communications, no customer service, no after sales service....nothing! Trying to obtain spare parts for their showers proved fruitless, This company does not communicate with you at all...
I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO PERFORM A SIMPLE SIM SWAP FOR A WEEK NOW. I WENT INTO THE MTN STORE IN KEMPTON PARK AND PRESENTED THE STAFF WITH MY ID DOCUMENT AND PROOF OF RESIDENCE. I WAS ISSUED A NEW SIM CARD AND WAS TOLD THAT THE NEW SIM WOULD BE ACTIVE WITHIN 24 HOURS. 3 DAYS PASSED AND THE NEW SIM WAS STILL NOT ACTIVE. I WENT BACK TO THE STORE AND THE STAFF THEN TOLD ME THAT THE SIM WOULD BE ACTIVE WITHIN 3 HOURS. ANOTHER DAY PASSED AND THE NEW SIM WAS STILL NOT ACTIVE. I WENT BACK TO THE STORE AND THE STAFF CONTACTED MTN HEAD OFFICE, AND AFTER SOME TIME I WAS TOLD THAT THE SIM WOULD BE ACTIVE WITHIN 24 HOURS. ANOTHER DAY PASSED, AND THE SIM IS STILL NOT ACTIVE. I CONTACT MTN VIA SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORM AND I AM INFORMED THAT I FAILED THE SECURITY CHECK.....WHEN?..IS MY QUESTION... SO NOW I AM A LIAR. ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING THAT A CUSTOMER PAYS FOR A CONTRACT WITH MTN FOR MORE THAN TEN YEARS, AND THEN YOU ARE TREATED LIKE A CRIMINAL! WHEN DOING A SIMPLE SIM SWAP. THERE IS NO FOLLOW UP, NO COMMON COURTESY, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE...

Reading the various reviews regarding Howler, words such as Theft; Scam; Fraud and lies come up frequently. Those words accurately describe Howler and my dealings with the company over the last month, while cancelling tickets for the upcoming Rage event in Plett at the end of this year. To the general public and event organisers...stay far away from Howler!
