Awesome service. The shower door I bought from builder warehouse had faulty seals. I messaged Macneil directly and they responded within a day and Kris came out to my site to fix the problem. Prompt and efficient service.

We purchased a Plumbing stop **** from this supplier. The product literally burst apart in the roof of a client a few days after installation and flooded their home. They have agreed that it was a faulty product. They arranged to send out someone to assess the damage on the 6th August. Wilfred of their offices came to do the assessment. 5 days later we followed up with them and they asked that we get a contractor to do a quote to repair the damage. This was frustrating because what was the purpose of sending Wilfred if not to arrange for the repairs to be effected. We had to arrange another onsite meeting with a contractor who quoted for the damages (about 13K). This quote was sent on 11 August. After numerous follow-ups we are still waiting for an answer. They tell us they are waiting for their insurance to approve. I believe they should appease the client, irrespective of the insurance claim. If the insurance pays out, good for them. If not, what happens to the client? To complicate matters, this property was sold and the new owners are now moving in and are having to deal with these issues that could have been repaired while it was vacant.

The sales manager eventually managed to resolve my complaint regarding a shower door. After his intervention, my complaint was sorted within 4 days. Thank you Robert for your excellent service. Hopefully in future if there are any problems, it should be resolved before it comes to you. You have restored our faith in your company.

Although I have given a 1 star rating, this company doesn't even deserve it.. Aqualux shower door shattered. Needed to purchase another one. Very poor after sales service. You need to purchase each item separately eg the rollers, handles, magnetic strip. You cannot purchase directly from the company, you must purchase it from the business you bought it from.

Absolutely no communications, no customer service, no after sales service....nothing! Trying to obtain spare parts for their showers proved fruitless, This company does not communicate with you at all...

I bought a Triumph kitchen mixer tap about 1 year ago. The item has a logo saying "12 year guarantee" on the box. Despite the mixer being made of stainless steel, the base plate that it sits on is fragile plastic and has broken after 1 year. None of the retailers keep spares for this. I contacted MacNeil because they import/manufacture the mixers but was told that the model has been discontinued and they only keep spares for the tap itself. This is ridiculous considering that this tap is meant to have a 12 year guarantee and that there is no generic option for spares. If this is their policy, I would advise everyone to stay far away from all of their brands including Triumph, Solo, PolyFit, Como, AquaDor, Bijiou etc.
