PATHETIC!!!!! INCONSIDERATE!!!! HEARTLESS!!!! Need I say more? Customer service was absolutely great from Renee but she was in a completely different department. My son who is 9 months old, from word go was waivered from all exclusions. Hence the reason I took out a policy with One Plan Insurance! Today, my son was rushed to an ENT for his ears due to him having extreme ear ache. The doctor then booked him for an emergency op for grommets tomorrow. First I called and was notified that a motivation letter was required and codes etc - which is normal! Then, after that I was notified that he won’t be covered as he hasn’t been on the plan for 12 months - BUT from word go all was waivered has he is an INFANT!!!! After speaking to a monotone inconsiderate team leader I burst into tears as there was ABSOLUTELY ZERO CARE NOR HUMAN FEELING towards my sons condition. We then had to cancel the op due to these RIDICULOUS “policy” “wordings” They are super fast to debit over 3k for covere howerver when it comes to something so serious like this case, it gets over looked! Sis on you! One day when your kids are SCREAMING from pain - karma will strike!
Never EVER have I received such SHOCKING service!!!! I will spread this over social media, the papers and more! 1. You pay for short delivery, its not adhered to (I'm sure its a hokes to fool customers into wasting their money) 2. Manager calls you with commitments and that's not adhered to (Dalene) - still awaiting her call (from 2 weeks ago) 3. Customer service agents are USELESS, TARDY and UNRELIABLE (Charnee & Maria) 4. Been promised refunds of my R45 for "special" delivery TWICE and received ZERO 5. NOT one agent nor manager or ANYONE contacts you back EVER after being on the line for 57:08 minutes! 6. Every time it is the couriers fault yet, when I PERSONALLY call the courier the fault lies directly with Mr. Price I am sick of this un-professionalism. I am so disgusted at how people can work in this manor. If I was their employer, let alone supervisor I'd be sure to FIRE them. No one from my family will EVER shop at Mr. Price Group, EVER again! I will spread the word. Companies should respect their customers not find a away to CONTINUOUSLY disappoint.
I called 3 weeks ago and after holding for almost 30minutes I hung up on the call, totally slipping my mind I returned the call today to make the smallest amendment of my debit order date to prevent any penalties due to the fact that my salary date has been moved to the last day of the month.<br> <br> Holding again for 25 minutes and calling three times in a row just to get the calla answered, I get through to some sarcastic customer care consultant who refuses to help in anyway.<br> <br> I understand the 5 day notice but yesterday I could not get through to the call centre.<br> <br> Quick to take money but cant even consider one days grace.I have to wait until next month to even make the arrangement.<br> <br> I am a good customer and do not feel comfortable ever dealing with this call centre again.
On 22 July 2015, I spoke to Lindy-Lee Timms to CANCEL my car insurance - THIS WAS NEVER EVER DONE! Then, noticed I was billed for a car that had been sold. For 2 months! Therefore Outsurance was stealing from me. Then, called again spoke to Chris Thiart - STILL AWAITING FEEDBACK!!!<br> <br> After many frustrating calls to Outsurance, Kushen Govender assisted me with great feedback and excellent customer service.<br> <br> Thank you Kushen, Outsurance deserves a manager like you.<br> <br> The rest need to catch a wake up and realize what customer service is all about!!
This is not the first time!!<br> <br> I ordered a shoe online - placed the order - put my details in and then when I wanted to confirm payment and notice pops up to advise that the page has vanished and so has the shoe.<br> <br> I emailed them to find out whats going on and that I REALLY want those shoes. Back and forth and the answer is that the shoe wasn't supposed to be added to the website and that its the technical departments fault that the shoe was advertised in the first place. I mean really???<br> <br> I ACTUALLY DON'T CARE!!<br> I JUST WANT THE SHOE!!!<br> <br> Never again will a buy!
