Been waiting for 30 minutes for 3 coffes at Sandton City Food Court Now Now. Slowest service at any coffee shop I have evee experienced. 4 people who ordered after is received their coffees before us. Pathetic!
RUN FOR THE HILLS! I have been with Standard Bank insurance for 2 years. ********** service. I cannot get hold of them to lodge a claim. Been tryong for a week. They don't answer the claim line. When I get tbrough to another department they transfer me and then the call drops. I went into a queue for them to call me back and they never did. I got an SMS from that queue with the incorrect email address in the SMS so couldn't even email them. I then found the right email address and emailed it and got a response that they would respond to me within 48 hours. IT HAS BEEN 5 DAYS!!!
I have a Defy DHG604 gas hob. From when I got it, the wok pot stand (large front left burner) was warped and would rock when putting a pot on it. I tried to straighten it slightly and it broke. I went to the Defy Service Centre in Bellville and they are unable to get a replacement pot stand. I find this shocking in terms of support from Defy. It is ridiculous that they cannot get spares for one of their appliances that is actively on the market. It is still being sold in stores around the country.
Openserve in Port Elizabeth is hopeless. We have been waiting for a fibre line installation since mid-December. They still cannot get it right.
My partner had her birthday on Wednesday. On Thursday we went to the Cape Wheel for her free birthday ride. They told us that she can't go on it. The Cape Wheel is advertised as having a free ride in the month of your birthday. We went to the Cape Wheel and they told us that you have to register on their website BEFORE your birthday and then they will send you a voucher for the wheel on email. So if you have your birthday on the first of the month, and you haven't registered on their website before then, you aren't getting a ride on the Cape Wheel. As if it's lip service and they don't want you to really get a free ride for your birthday.
I bought 3 packs of D'Licious Bakery Hazelnut Wafer Sticks from Clicks Welgemoed on Monday 5 Jan. I opened the second pack and there was literally a single stick inside that was whole. Then there was 1 stick broken in 3 and the rest was crumbs with strings of chocolate sitting at the bottom of the packet. It clearly wasn't even enough to have one had the full size sticks in the packet. There was no sign of damage to the box nor that it had been opened. I have taken photos of the contents but there doesn't seem to be a way to upload them here. These sticks have become far more expensive and the boxes reduced in size over the past year or two so I would expect it to be of high quality which it very obviously is not.
I logged a request to install fibre on behalf of my mom in mid-December. Despite people coming out to check the property for installation and saying that people would be onsite 2 days later, nothing has been done at all. They have debited the money from my mom's account and yet there is no installation, no service, no contact from their site. What exactly have they billed for? Is that not *****?
This company should not be in business. The quality of their blinds is pathetic and their customer service is worse!
I have on a number of occasions over the past 2 months tried to get hold of Goldwagen at Bellville, Goodwood and Claremont. I have tried calling and every time I get to number 1 in the queue I get cut off - except for this morning when someone at the Bellvilel branch answered and was shouting at me that he can't hear me because my line it bad and then put down. I find it very strange since my reception was 100% and I have had no other problems at all calling today. I have tried their whatsapp channel and have yet to receive a response after 4 hours.
Worst service I have had at a Bossa. We ordered 3 burgers. Supposedly "The Best in Town". The one of the burgers that arrived at the table was the wrong one and had mushrooms. When we complained the waiter asked "Are you allergic to mushrooms or should I bring another?" We asked for the correct burger and waited 20 minutes while burgers were served to other tables and we finished the burgers that we already had. I complained to the manager who said she would check on the replacement burger. 5 minutes later the burger came out and it was with a single patty where it was meant to be a double patty. I complained again and after a further 5 minutes the burger arrived. However, clearly not the "Best burger in town." Will be hard pressed to come to this Bossa again.
