Bad service

I brought my car in for repair in december 2019 and my engine was sent for re-engineering , i paid R25000 and when i got my car back it was leaking fuel after i was told this was fixed , the managet then sent one of his machanics to fix the fuel leak they came out and told me it has been fixed, 2 weeks later my car leaked all the petrol out again , so in total i lost R1500 petrol , i then got my moms handy man to check it for me and he had found that the petrol pipe from my tank was tied with cable ties thats why it came loose he clamped it properly for me even though he is not a mechanic , i have asked for a refund of the R1500 petrol i have lost but had no feedback as yet after emailing , phoning and whats apping the manager i dont think its fair that i have to pay for my petrol loss due to there incompetence all i want is my R1500 petrol back as i have had the car fixed already myself
