No Accountability or Follow Through
My car’s suspension had been knocking over bumps for a while, so I took it to CV Master for repairs. They diagnosed the issue as a faulty prop shaft and I approved the repair. After collecting my car, the knocking was somewhat better, but far from resolved. The next day, I discovered that my vehicle’s sunglasses holder was badly damaged and covered in super glue. CV Master was the only place that had the car, so I contacted them. They asked me to bring it back in, despite knowing I live over an hour away. I made the trip, and they agreed to fix the damage and said they would contact me once they sourced the part. They never contacted me. I had to follow up multiple times, and some of my attempts were even ignored. Eventually, I was asked to bring the car in again so they could drive it around to try and find the part—something I had already told them wasn't possible as I need my car. They already had detailed photos, along with the car’s make and VIN, which should have been enough. Since then, I’ve heard nothing. This has been ongoing since early March. I’m genuinely disappointed with their lack of accountability and follow-through. It feels like they’re only interested in helping when there’s more money to be made.

No Accountability or Follow Through

BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE
Hello Peter, My BMW X5 had a brake down in orchards 5 months ago, my machenic assist me from Bakwena Motors and CV Master organise a Tow Truck to come fetch my car and was Towed into there workshop. CV master were the authorized machenic to work on vehicle. My car was at there workshop for almost 2 months after numerous calls to check how far there were with the vehicle. The Manager Johan lied to me saying that they already start working on the vehicle. After a long waiting period I went there in person on the 8 March 2021 to know what is happening to find out they have not working on my vehicle. I was very furious and upset with there bad services as a client that have insurance on my vehicle. They arrange another company to work on my car and the vehicle was taking there by 1 of CV Masters drivers and I was escorted by the assistant manager to RK Auto. My service book, ensurance policy got lost in the process and no one wants to take responsibility for poor service delivery. I'm very unhappy with there services and I believe I'm not the only unhappy customer.

Outstanding service and honesty
I took my car in for suspected faulty cv joints. The next day Jeff phoned me and told me that the cv's were all ok and that it was a couple of loose suspension bolts that caused the noise. The total bill came to more that half less of what I was quoted. Thank you guys for honesty and integrity. You deserve to be prosperous and successful. Great great great service

Noisy CV joints

Bad service
I brought my car in for repair in december 2019 and my engine was sent for re-engineering , i paid R25000 and when i got my car back it was leaking fuel after i was told this was fixed , the managet then sent one of his machanics to fix the fuel leak they came out and told me it has been fixed, 2 weeks later my car leaked all the petrol out again , so in total i lost R1500 petrol , i then got my moms handy man to check it for me and he had found that the petrol pipe from my tank was tied with cable ties thats why it came loose he clamped it properly for me even though he is not a mechanic , i have asked for a refund of the R1500 petrol i have lost but had no feedback as yet after emailing , phoning and whats apping the manager i dont think its fair that i have to pay for my petrol loss due to there incompetence all i want is my R1500 petrol back as i have had the car fixed already myself

Bad service

Horrific experience

Normal good maintenance keeping your car in tip top shape.
