My car’s suspension had been knocking over bumps for a while, so I took it to CV Master for repairs. They diagnosed the issue as a faulty prop shaft and I approved the repair. After collecting my car, the knocking was somewhat better, but far from resolved. The next day, I discovered that my vehicle’s sunglasses holder was badly damaged and covered in super glue. CV Master was the only place that had the car, so I contacted them. They asked me to bring it back in, despite knowing I live over an hour away. I made the trip, and they agreed to fix the damage and said they would contact me once they sourced the part. They never contacted me. I had to follow up multiple times, and some of my attempts were even ignored. Eventually, I was asked to bring the car in again so they could drive it around to try and find the part—something I had already told them wasn't possible as I need my car. They already had detailed photos, along with the car’s make and VIN, which should have been enough. Since then, I’ve heard nothing. This has been ongoing since early March. I’m genuinely disappointed with their lack of accountability and follow-through. It feels like they’re only interested in helping when there’s more money to be made.

Nicole Opperman was very helpful in assisting me, and she was proactive, gaging the situation and ensuring that each need is taken care of.
Eugene, one of the WA customer service agents assisted me, and something that I thought they are going to let me do, they took care of, fast and efficient. 5 stars for Eugene, but 1 star off because the previous people that 'assisted' me via WA made me feel unwelcome. Otherwise, Oneplan is the way to go. Oneplan, thank you for giving me the peace of mind that you have agents who care and that my fur babies will be taken care off in any event.
Had the best experience with Healthy Hound! My baby went missing, and after looking for her myself we couldn't find anything. Then I called Healthy Hound, and due to it being an urgent request, I needed them to come out ASAP. Due to the nature of their business, the demand beinghigh for their services and the supply of such credible services so low, I knew they were busy. But, because I told the owner where I stay and what I believe could have happened, she saw the urgency in this, pulled some strings and ensured that they could search for my baby that same day! They tracked her scent based on my baby's favourite toy which only she used by letting their dog sniff the toy and sniff it as well while walking and tracking. They took their time, being diligent, and then after a few hours came back, took me to the place where my baby's scent was last at and confirmed my suspicion that she was ******. I still do not have her back, but thanks to Healthy Hound I know my baby were not in a trap somewhere. They put me in contact with people who search for missing dogs, making posters and searching online and at 'ground level' for these missing furries. We made posters, got it out, and once there is a dog matching the description of my baby, they send me a picture. I mean, this wasn't even part of the deal, and they do this with a smile! I have not found my baby, but I know that I am not alone in this journey to get her back. So, yes, the money paid is a lot, especially if you do not have it and need to make a few plans to get a hold of it, but considering their efforts, the dog's efforts, the training it took to get the dog's ready to track, and their continuous support, it is not expensive. I would pay it twice over, sommer three times over, if I must!
Letisha Iyer is a star. Before trying to let me understand what she has to offer, she listens and ensures that what she is offering is relevant to what I want and need. She is also patient, friendly and transparent. Really feels as if I can trust her, and therefore trust OnePlan.
I have read Gabrielle's comment, and was honestly worried that it might be true. But since it was one of the two dentists on my health insurance network, I decided to go. And I am very glad. I had an absolutely different experience than Gabrielle, and would not go to another dentist, even if I could. Great service, friendly people, and a dentist with knowledge. Thank you!
The Sales Agent, Bernadine Bence, was extremely helpful and even though I got a view other offers from other Insurance Agencies, I chose Dotsure because of the friendly service that extends the boundaries of reasonable expectations far. Thank you Bernadine for helping me find a way to love my dog-children even more.
