I have heard so many good things about FNB. I decided to give them a try, my hopes were crushed. Unfortunately it is impossible to open any account or credit facilities with them. They say you can do this in minutes, this is not true. I have tried over 2 days to do this. It is not possible. I will now try Discovery Bank.
I'm closing my Standard Bank Credit card today. Reason for closing : 1. Standard Bank has got zero interest in credible clients, as they stop good clients credit cards for no reason. 2. There's no customer support, try to reach out to them concerning any issues, good luck as nobody exists in supporting you. 3.The worst possible Bank on the planet. I'm done with this Bank.
I wish I can rate ABSA lower than half as star. I have tried all avenues to resolve an issue which seems impossible to resolve. It is impossible to open any business account with them, furthermore to ask your Private Banker for assistance is like ordering a new airplane through TEMU being pushed through an orifice plate. I have been 45 years with ABSA. I have reached the end of trying. They don't want any credible clients, possibly bad credit will do and possibly you will be supported. In my case the failed me beyond any words. I'm done with them.
Harry and Leon, just a huge thank you for rectifying a paint defect on my brand new VW Amarok. You and your team were the only constant after all my struggles with VW South Africa to sort out my warranty claim regarding the paint issue. I can recommend anybody, to use your services as panelbeater. If I could have added another star I would have done so.
On the 5th of October 2024 I have purchased a brand new VW Amarok Pan Americana from VW Mccarthy Groblersdal. After returning to home, I discovered paint defects on the vehicle. On the 7th of October 2024 I took the vehicle to VW Mccarthy Wonderboom Pretoria as I do live in Pretoria and asked the dealership to load a warranty claim as this is a paint defect which I feel needs to be rectified under my new vehicle warranty. VW Mccarthy Wonderboom refused to assist. The matter was escalated to VW South Africa. Hundreds of mails later and the matter is still not resolved. Stay away from VW products as they sell new vehicles to clients without any warranty backups or any support.
On the 20th of June 2023, I bought a brand new Nissan Navara 2.5 dtti Luxury from Nissan BB Sinoville. On the 30th of June 2023, a delivery motorcycle collided with my new Nissan Navara pick up. The vehicle was sent for repairs at Laborius Panel beaters. It has been a full 2 months begging Nissan South Africa to provide spares. How on earth can you produce the same vehicle in Rosslyn South Africa but are unable to provide spares? There's been now how many escalations up and down, and still parts are not provided?? To give you an example, here's some reference letters sent to Nissan South Africa #REF01095285 and #REF01096509. I'm disgusted with this product, and at the point to take this further, I will never ever purchase one of your products ever!! What a shame. I'm at the point to escalate this to the Motor Industry Ombudsman.
Please watch out for them. They do advertise luxury watches and jewelry. They de***** people. They are mainly active on Gumtree and their ads looks very realistic. There's an open case at the South African Police. They go by the name called Thehive sa, dealing in diamonds jewelry and luxury watches.
I'm extremely disappointed with the overall service provided by Level 7. First, they do send out communications to all clients that our line speed would be increased at no additional cost to us. And, this will happen on the 1st of June 2021. This did NOT happen. Not sure if this another scam, to entice new clients to join?? Also another unresolved issue is that Level 7 promised to migrate me to another provider, this has unfortunately not happen, and I still need to bare degraded line speed from Metrofibre. I'm truly disgusted with Level 7 service delivery. New clients please stay away from Level 7!!!!!!!!!!
DSTV box office, please stay away!!! Another useless offering from DSTV. The most newest scam, you rent a movie from box office, they deduct the fee, but you don't get your movie. This is the last time, I will ever rent a movie from these scammers. Be warned, you will not get a refund, nor your movie. Stay away!!! My next move will be to cancel my subscription, as they cannot be trusted. Useless bunch of fools.
