I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from CV Wizard. A subscription fee was deducted from my account without me being fully aware that it would renew automatically. As soon as I noticed the deduction on the same day, I immediately cancelled the subscription and contacted their support team via email. I also attached proof of payment showing the amount deducted. Unfortunately, I have not received any assistance regarding my refund request. This was a significant amount of money for me, and I respectfully requested that they review my case. Even if a full refund is not possible, I asked them to kindly consider a partial refund. However, I have been ignored. THE AMOUNT OF MONEY DEDUCTED IS ZAR 299.99 I politely request that they can atleast refund me ZAR 200 or ZAR 150 ,and in that case I haven't used any access to the account immediately even told them to cancel the access because this was all a mistake I didn't mean to subscribe. I kindly ask CV Wizard to please respond and resolve this matter urgently.
