PERSONAL COMPUTER ASSISTANCE

I have been trying to cancel auto renew, my account. I tried to reach them but no help. The steps they say I must follow for cancelation is pathetic and working. On that subscription tab there is nothing on my active subscription to manage and cancel my account. I want to cancel everything and get my refund
