I underwent a colonoscopy and gastroscopy on 6 October 2025, for which prior authorisation was obtained. The doctor who performed the procedure has been paid; however, the anaesthetist’s account remains unpaid and is noted as “under review.” I do not understand why the anaesthetist has not yet been paid, particularly as the procedure itself was authorised and completed. I would appreciate clarification on the reason for this delay and confirmation of when the anaesthetist’s account will be finalised. Kind regards
I placed an order on 27 August 2025 for a VW Tiguan R-Line (2017–2020) Car Front Towing Hook Cap and made the payment on the same day. I have been trying to cancel auto renew, my account. I tried to reach them but no help. The steps they say I must follow for cancelation is pathetic and working. On that subscription tab there is nothing on my active subscription to manage and cancel my account. I want to cancel everything and get my refund
I recently need an MRI Scan at Cape Gate and received Good service. My Medical does not cover the full amount and I had to settle the balance. I enquired to pay the amount in monthly installments, as I am Retired. My wife has Dementia & Alzheimer's as well as polymyositis Therefore, my financial position is restricted. I made an offer to pay AND am WILLING to pay the agreed amount in monthly installments. After many emails, I was informed that I Have to the Monthly amount which they think is right. Surely in the economically challenging situation that we experience in SA. I am willing to pay my account as I have Many other accounts to settle. I am been treated unkindly and without much dignity. My wife has a Disease known as Polymyositis. she now requires a wheelchair. I received approval the appropriate approval from my Dr. About a Month ago the wheelchair was approved. however, the extra additions was not paid to the service provider. Now Hosmed claims its their IT process which cannot process the payments. After Numerous attempts of phone calls and emails by myself and the service provider, we had NO SUCCESS. I struggle to understand how I can be the first customer with this request. surely they must have this process in place. In the meantime Wife who have also been diagnosed with Alzheimer's and Dementia has to struggle and is in NEED of the wheelchair. HOSMED THIS SERVICE IS UNEXCEPTABLE
