Flavio acrylic bathtubs - Supp**** by Dado baths.
Very poor service from Dado Baths, supplier of Flavio acrylic baths to Euro Bath & Tile. We recently purchased a Flavio acrylic bath tub from Euro Bath & Tile, based on the advice of their salesman. Upon completion of the installation we notice that the tub was cracked and as time goes on there are additional cracks appearing. The matter was reported and Dado baths sent out a person, who is not an expert on the acrylic baths, for an inspection. He could not give us a reason as to what was the cause of the cracks. He took a few photos of the actual cracks but none of the way the tub was installed. Based on his photos the Operations Manager / COO, JJ de Waal concluded that the bath was not installed correctly and immediately voided the warranty. This matter has been going on for more than a month now and we have been requesting for details on how this conclusion was arrived at, as the person that inspected the bath was not the expert on acrylic baths and also the photos taken were only of the cracks and not the installation and we are now being ghosted by the Dado baths team. Based on this experience I would definitely not recommend anybody to purchase any Dado Baths products as they do not care about their customers.

The company practices nepotism,exploitation and unfair labour practices only black people were affected by Covid and the owner is very rude and arrogant he treats people like we are still in the apartheid era

Awesome Service
I sincerely would like to complement Deidre Knuppe for her professional and awesome service regarding my two baths that needed to be replaced. Also a huge Thank you to Dado Africa (Pty) Ltd for standing behind their product many years later, their service is unheard of in this day and age, absolutely brilliant! I am a completely satisfied customer and will certainly continue to recommend their company!

Amazing Service!
What an amazing experience with Dado Baths, they fixed three scratched Dado baths without any extra cost! I never experienced a professionally and courteously organised company like Dado, I forwarded an email and within minutes they reverted to my email and the following day someone visited my house in Centurion to check what might be a problem. Dado really cares about their after-sales service, thank you for the amazing service Dado!!

Amazing Service!
What an amazing experience with Dado Baths, they fixed three scratched Dado baths without any extra cost! I never experienced a professionally and courteously organised company like Dado, I forwarded an email and within minutes they reverted to my email and the following day someone visited my house in Centurion to check what might be a problem. Dado really cares about their after-sales service, thank you for the amazing service Dado!!

The replacements were professionally and courteously organised by Marietjie Burn without any trouble whatsoever ! This sort of service and guarantee from a company is unheard of in today's world ! I am blown away by great service and professional support from Marietjie @ Dado Baths Menlo Park !<br> <br> After almost five years of wear and tear a Dado bath in my Guest House experienced a crack however Dado bath remained true to their word and actually replaced it today with a brand new bath and at no charge to me whatsoever !<br> This sort of service and warranty is completely unheard of in todays world and i therefore highly recommend a Dado bath to anyone renovating a bathroom !<br> A huge Thank you to Marietjie and management at Dado Bath Menlo Park !!!<br>
