I have been sent numerous emails in the last 2 weeks giving me a R250 voucher off my next order. I ordered last week, was not given the option of entering the voucher code and the full amount has been debited to my account. I have emailed, phoned, sms'ed and WhatsApp'ed. The only response I have had is an email to say my number goes directly to voice mail. I do not have voice mail. my phone is always on, their number does not even ring, phone off, WApps are not delivered, so I assume the sms's have also not been delivered. I cancelled my order via email, have not received a refund or a response and today receive a reminder of the delivery. Nearly R700 taken from my account and this kind of service. Interesting conversation from now on with everyone I meet. Doesn't work for me.

06 Jan 2020, 09:34I received a sms from the delivery people, and informed them that the order had been cancelled, and then within minutes received a call from a landline from Daily Dish. The R250 voucher was not for me, but only for new customers, the excuses about staff shortages, blocked sim cards, new systems, and a whole lot more just went on and on. They did appologise, and sent me a refund voucher on my credit card. I'll regard the bank charges as school fees, and will never use them again.
