A 2nd claim has been refused. I claimed for a shadeport cover that was damaged by strong wind. I was told it could be repaired and would cost less than my excess. I got 2 quotes and both said a repair was not going to last, so it cost me to replace the cover. Then I employed a painting company to do interior painting and they messed on my carpets. My claim was rejected because it was accidental?? I’m going to be looking into alternative insurance options and companies this week.
I believe KP staff are hand picked. They are always friendly, professional and a pleasure to deal with.
Always Professional, friendly, helpful, and always have all the information at hand. If you need to be transferred the call is always passed on professionally. I will not change my insurance company.
I lodged a claim with Outsurance to replace my windscreen, and the call I received from PG Glass was completely unprofessional. The woman who phoned clearly needs proper training. It sounded like she was calling from a nightclub or some kind of chaotic party — I could barely hear her over the background noise and had to repeat myself several times. She mentioned something called a “V High Kell,” which I have never heard of, and she couldn’t find my address on Google Maps. I kept having to ask her to repeat herself because the noise was so loud. This level of unprofessionalism is completely unacceptable. I eventually hung up out of sheer frustration because I simply could not deal with that chaos any longer.
For a communications company, Vox Telecom’s communication is absolutely poor — shockingly so! After many loyal years as a paying customer, I’ve finally decided enough is enough. I don’t appreciate being threatened, treated like just an account number, or spending my hard-earned money with a company that clearly doesn’t value its customers. So, goodbye Vox. You’ve lost another long-standing, loyal client — and you’ve got no one to blame but yourselves.

The staff at Clicks Elspark cannot read an email, cannot understand a request or instruction and do not listen. They have many people's lives in their hands and give the impression of being completely confused. And then when yu call them you have to scream down the phone as they claim not to be able to hear. Very frustrating and annoying. I will not be going back.
I had my 2nd jab today at Dis-Chem, EastPoint Mall. A huge thumbs up to their vaccination site and staff. They are so well organised, friendly and professional. The experience today was better than the first one and that one was impressive. Thanks guys, keep up the excellent work.
I have been sent numerous emails in the last 2 weeks giving me a R250 voucher off my next order. I ordered last week, was not given the option of entering the voucher code and the full amount has been debited to my account. I have emailed, phoned, sms'ed and WhatsApp'ed. The only response I have had is an email to say my number goes directly to voice mail. I do not have voice mail. my phone is always on, their number does not even ring, phone off, WApps are not delivered, so I assume the sms's have also not been delivered. I cancelled my order via email, have not received a refund or a response and today receive a reminder of the delivery. Nearly R700 taken from my account and this kind of service. Interesting conversation from now on with everyone I meet. Doesn't work for me.
