Called to raise valid complaint,(10/06/2025) re: 2 X 2litre Ice-creams, 1 the packaging was damaged, the other product was sub-standard and inedible. Representative listened, requested I share info, so then shared numerous pictures, bar codes, expiry dates, details- to their Whatsapp number, which I did same day. I was informed this would take 2 weeks to review and get back to me. I followed up on 22/10/2025 automated reply via IA, in response. Followed up again 8/11/2025. Additionally tried calling their toll-free number, no reply. Sent emails again- same NO RESPONSES to date. SHOCKINGLY bad, unacceptable way to treat customers! Woefully dismal customer service and illustrates the way large companies, ie DAIR****, are hiding behind anonymous AI and whats app and couldn't be bothered to actually call or take complaints seriously at all. DAIRY****- you silence and ignoring complaints is NOT rectifying or taking the complaint seriously in any way, manner or form. No matter how much we enjoy these products, my family and friends are CEASING to buy Dairy****'s ice-creams from here onward.
