Farmhouse competition voucher

My neighbour won Farmhouse competition and she was issued a voucher on the 9 July,the voucher declined on the 12 and we notified Farmhouse and they said they will investigate. We then find out that the voucher was redeemed on the 4 July jist before it was issued to my neighbour. Its been a month now since they are ignoring her texts.
