If there was an option to select 0 out of 5 I definitely would. I have received nothing but poor service and communications from DALS Libertas in Goodwood. From the moment my vehicle was taken to them by my insurance in June 2023. This is now the second time that I am writing a review about this place. After taking almost 2 months to repair my vehicle they damaged certain things in my car. They had to fix the front left hand side of the vehicle. I've never had any issues with my vehicle before everything was working and functioning properly. I called them to notify them about the things that were not working in my vehicle. Firstly I informed them that my USB port was no longer reading USB then the receptionist said I should bring the vehicle in. Day later I noticed that the windscreen washer thing in front is not spraying but the back one is working perfectly fine. My car was also making a funny sound while driving I called once again and informed them about this. They then requested that I bring the vehicle in so that they can see what the problem was. I did that. The vehicle was inspected drove around with one of their mechanics to listen to the sound. I then told Mario that I do not want to leave my car there because I had already waited so long to get it back. He then said it would take him 2-3 hours to fix as the vehicle would need to be taken apart and resembled again. He then suggested that I should bring in the car one morning and they would take me to work then when the car is done they would fetch me from work. I agreed and left. I also knew that my vehicle was due for its annual service in a couple of days so I decided to take the car to the Toyota dealership where I service my car annually. So that if they pick up anything they would inform me. Took my vehicle for service. I was informed by the workman at Toyota that my windscreen sprayer is damaged. My husband then called DALS to inform them that we would be bringing in the car. They agreed. Friday I took the car to them I was told the don't have enough staff I should come back in the week, NOT on a Monday or Friday Mario said. I then told him that I would bring the car on Wednesday and that they would then have to go drop me off at work and fetch me again when they are done with the car. Mario agreed I even asked him what time he said 7:30. I agreed and left. Today is Wednesday my husband took the car in this morning. Had to wait for Mario, only for him to be told that they don't have drivers we should bring in the car tomorrow. These people have no respect for other peoples time. We now have to ask for time off from work again use our petrol to drive around for nothing. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone even if it was the last panel beaters. I am now also going to contact my insurance and report this. this is unacceptable.
