These people make promises and they say they pride themselves on good workmanship Well now that they have damaged my badge on my Mercedes a180 they do not want to take responsibility that they have damaged it My badge did not move and now it’s moving as they put double sided tape on ! I had to go back as they did not do repairs properly and I need to tell them No accountability that they bent my badge and now if the insurance @momentum approved they will replace which means I am paying for their inability ??

I experienced the most humiliating and degrading customer service from a gentleman with the name Willem Burger. He ensured that i felt small and embarrased infront of his staff. He belittled me and made me feel racially discriminated. He told me blatantly that he would not assist me in completing a questionare and a check list as requested by the insurance company. He told me that he had never completed any questionares for anyone before and he would not start with me. I asked him to refer me to someone else and he told me that he was in charge and i would not get any questinare or checklist, in the most disrespectful way. I sat down waiting for him to finish the quotation. I waited and waited. Only for him to ask me why i was there because he was long done with me. I asked for the questionare and at this point i felt provoked by his responses. He even called for the security to kick me out. Every other employee just stood there and did nothing to repremand him for his actions because he is in charge of them I have a video of his arrogant and discriminatory actions.

2023 had a rough ending for me, I was involved in a motor vehicle accident where I almost lost my 4x4 Double cab Hilux that I use for my fishing, camping, golf, shooting and 4x4. This is one of the worst memories I have. I was heartbroken. My bakkie is a very rare, SPOTLESS 2008 model and I have spent quite a bit of monies on equipping the bakkie specifically for my needs, hobbies and liking. Previously, I was also involved in an accident with my previous car, a BMW. A client’s staff member reversed into my parked car. The beforementioned client then advised me to take my vehicle to DALS LIBERTAS to get it sorted on their account. This is where my relationship with DALS LIBERTAS started. When I was in the accident with my bakkie more recently, I immediately knew I was going to utilise DALS LIBERTAS’ services again; they were also immediately ready to assist! Now, having dealt with DALS LIBERTAS a second time, I am more than confident and happy to write this review. The staff at Dals Libertas Motors, especially WIMPIE and KAREL PIETER, are the first to compliment. During the entire timeline of events, I was at all times aware of the status and progress of the various repairs. Wimpie and the rest of the staff throughout the process were always available for communication and willing to accommodate my needs, also immediately addressing my concerns. I know I can be a very difficult customer as I have very specific and high demands and standards, but they exceeded all of my expectations. They dealt with everything from interior, bumpers, fenders, doors, mirrors, wheels and paint job. Everything was done timeously and the quality of repairs is immaculate. I am now back on the road with my beloved bakkie, that has been completely fixed to look even better than before with its brand-new paintjob. I am writing this review to express my appreciation to WIMPIE and his team at Dals Libertas Motors and to motivate and recommend any reader that potentially needs these type of services, to immediately get in touch with Wimpie at DALS LIBERTAS.

If there was an option to select 0 out of 5 I definitely would. I have received nothing but poor service and communications from DALS Libertas in Goodwood. From the moment my vehicle was taken to them by my insurance in June 2023. This is now the second time that I am writing a review about this place. After taking almost 2 months to repair my vehicle they damaged certain things in my car. They had to fix the front left hand side of the vehicle. I've never had any issues with my vehicle before everything was working and functioning properly. I called them to notify them about the things that were not working in my vehicle. Firstly I informed them that my USB port was no longer reading USB then the receptionist said I should bring the vehicle in. Day later I noticed that the windscreen washer thing in front is not spraying but the back one is working perfectly fine. My car was also making a funny sound while driving I called once again and informed them about this. They then requested that I bring the vehicle in so that they can see what the problem was. I did that. The vehicle was inspected drove around with one of their mechanics to listen to the sound. I then told Mario that I do not want to leave my car there because I had already waited so long to get it back. He then said it would take him 2-3 hours to fix as the vehicle would need to be taken apart and resembled again. He then suggested that I should bring in the car one morning and they would take me to work then when the car is done they would fetch me from work. I agreed and left. I also knew that my vehicle was due for its annual service in a couple of days so I decided to take the car to the Toyota dealership where I service my car annually. So that if they pick up anything they would inform me. Took my vehicle for service. I was informed by the workman at Toyota that my windscreen sprayer is damaged. My husband then called DALS to inform them that we would be bringing in the car. They agreed. Friday I took the car to them I was told the don't have enough staff I should come back in the week, NOT on a Monday or Friday Mario said. I then told him that I would bring the car on Wednesday and that they would then have to go drop me off at work and fetch me again when they are done with the car. Mario agreed I even asked him what time he said 7:30. I agreed and left. Today is Wednesday my husband took the car in this morning. Had to wait for Mario, only for him to be told that they don't have drivers we should bring in the car tomorrow. These people have no respect for other peoples time. We now have to ask for time off from work again use our petrol to drive around for nothing. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone even if it was the last panel beaters. I am now also going to contact my insurance and report this. this is unacceptable.

Excellent customer service. Mario who received the car is extremely professional and committed to service excellence . He explained the whole process to me and I was updated on the process of the repairs.

This panel beater is a useless panel beater. They had my car for over 3 weeks just to fix a passenger door and window. I gave them 2 weeks before the car came in for repairs so that they can source parts before I bring the car in and they gave me the date to bring in the car so that they can fix it. But now its 2 weeks of sourcing parts while the car was with me and 3 weeks they have had the car with them just to fix a damn door. Imagine how long they would take just to fix serious car damages. I do not recommend them and if you respect your time you would not bring your car here find a better reliable and transparent companies. I do not know how insurance companies have accredited these people.

Will never recommend them, today is my birthday am stucked with no car.. No resolution at all I asked to speak to a manager at Dals for them to at least give me a car to use. Today marks 44th day they have my car. Very disappointed with Momentum Car Insurance as well, they just went awol 😔

I am so disappointed my car went for assessment on the 22.08.2023 and was booked in a day after. Till today no communication from DALD in GOODWOOD. I am so upset let alone that I will never use their services again. It's over a month they have my car with no communication. I visited twice their office, manager in charge was on the call the lady at reception promised that they will call me. I did follow up again and was told to hold long for Mr whom so ever. I again went there still no luck.... I hate it when people want clients they go all out and give you good customer service but when it comes to delivery they suck..Please release my car. I want my car back there are a lot of service providers who ca do better. Momentum Car insurance you referred me to them but you doing nothing at all. .

I am so disappointed my car went for assessment on the 22.08.2023 and was booked in a day after. Till today no communication from DALD in GOODWOOD.
