Third part claim: Momentum’s client drove into us whilst making a right turn and sped not even braking and we had right of way as we were going straight. She did not obey rules of road and smacked right into us. We were unable to swerve to prevent collision. Claiming third party as bakkie is uneconomical to repair. Momentum basically wants to give us R9200 this does not put us back in the position we were prior to collision. They are holding us 30% liable for a collision that is not our fault and unable to swerve or do anything to prevent collision as their client kept accelerating not braking making our vehicle a write off. Their client should hold 100% liability but their argument is legal apportionment of liability which we are not liable for. Then basically telling us we lucky we not getting a negative amount. Utterly disappointing Momentum claims to be fair and honest but its situations like this that they become bullies and monsters that people do it want to fight and just settle for what they give. Not ok
Ok until I had a complaint about dals libertas that damaged my badge on my Mercedes A180 now no one wants to replace and momentum just forward it to them and ofcourse they going to say that they did not and now they want momentum to pay for their inability , which means I am paying
These people make promises and they say they pride themselves on good workmanship Well now that they have damaged my badge on my Mercedes a180 they do not want to take responsibility that they have damaged it My badge did not move and now it’s moving as they put double sided tape on ! I had to go back as they did not do repairs properly and I need to tell them No accountability that they bent my badge and now if the insurance @momentum approved they will replace which means I am paying for their inability ??
Extremely incompetent call centre agents that do not cancel contract as per your instruction , you have to follow up only to find out it was not done at all, even though the system notes are there to be cancelled MTN YOU ARE VERY Precious Nzimande assisted to cancel after these agents incompetence I have to pay another months installment Phumzile was the previous agent and you get a sms with feedback request but they do not cancel the contract . Agents keep dropping the call. you go into the store to cancel and they tell you they cant assist and you must call in . you do that then they don't cancel at all , you get transferred but the person that transfers do not tell the person what its about at and just transfers. This is atroushes customer service as the agents do not listen. MTN agents are EXTREMELY INCOMPETENT AND YOU HAVE TO BE LIABLE FOR THEIR INCOMPETENCE.
Worst service ever, repairs gets done, I query why certain parts that were accident related were not done , and I get sarcastic and rude remarks from the digital assessor. after fighting back an fourth and escalating matter , additional's then added, repairer closed on 20th December 2019 and i needed to collect my car the 19th December 2019 , then return once other parts are there. Did not even have my car for 12 hours and car did not want to start properly , misfired , when it went in , perfectly driving car , needed to fight to get a rental, i Mailed the MD , exec & HEAD and they doing investigation, however today 6th January 2019 , they tow my car and call me to give me more bad news , they need to do a diagnostic test and if it is not accident related , I will need to pay out of my own pocket for the diagnostic test and the rental costs incurred. 2 weeks after accident I drove my car and it was perfectly fine when going in and i get told this !! seriously worst service i have ever come across.
