Will never recommend them, today is my birthday am stucked with no car.. No resolution at all I asked to speak to a manager at Dals for them to at least give me a car to use. Today marks 44th day they have my car. Very disappointed with Momentum Car Insurance as well, they just went awol 😔
I BAD SERVICE MOMENTUM CAR INSURANCE I am so disappointed my car was referred by Momentun car insurance to Dals Libertas went for assessment on the 22.08.2023 and was booked in a day after. Only today 28 September 2023 I receive a call and they claim it's a courtesy call from Dals to inform me that they are still waiting on the parts, mind you it's almost 40 days they have my car. However the manager can not offer me a car while they are waiting and they also do not know when they will receive these parts. I use my car to travel for work purposes and I don't have money to Uber everyday as it cost a lot. Please help me that Dals Libertas and Momentum Car Insurance to consider atleast to have a car I can use as I returned their car(momentum) on the 22. 09.2923. I am so disappointed and will never ever use them again or even recommend them to anyone. Help me get my car please 😭 visited twice their office (dals) , manager in charge was on the call the lady at reception promised that they will call me. I did follow up again and was told to hold long for Mr whom so ever. I again went there still no luck.... I hate it when people want clients they go all out and give you good customer service but when it comes to delivery they suck..Please release my car. I want my car back there are a lot of service providers who ca do better. Momentum Car insurance you referred me to them but you doing nothing at all. .
