I experienced the most humiliating and degrading customer service from a gentleman with the name Willem Burger. He ensured that i felt small and embarrased infront of his staff. He belittled me and made me feel racially discriminated. He told me blatantly that he would not assist me in completing a questionare and a check list as requested by the insurance company. He told me that he had never completed any questionares for anyone before and he would not start with me. I asked him to refer me to someone else and he told me that he was in charge and i would not get any questinare or checklist, in the most disrespectful way. I sat down waiting for him to finish the quotation. I waited and waited. Only for him to ask me why i was there because he was long done with me. I asked for the questionare and at this point i felt provoked by his responses. He even called for the security to kick me out. Every other employee just stood there and did nothing to repremand him for his actions because he is in charge of them I have a video of his arrogant and discriminatory actions.
