I am so disappointed my car went for assessment on the 22.08.2023 and was booked in a day after. Till today no communication from DALD in GOODWOOD. I am so upset let alone that I will never use their services again. It's over a month they have my car with no communication. I visited twice their office, manager in charge was on the call the lady at reception promised that they will call me. I did follow up again and was told to hold long for Mr whom so ever. I again went there still no luck.... I hate it when people want clients they go all out and give you good customer service but when it comes to delivery they suck..Please release my car. I want my car back there are a lot of service providers who ca do better. Momentum Car insurance you referred me to them but you doing nothing at all. .
