Be wary of this company

Paid almost R16000 for a 10 year warranty from this company. 5 weeks after completion, there was water seepage inside the garage. A company representative, Tjaart, said the warranty did not cover water seepage and offered a quote to dig down to the foundation. At the time of the original quote, I was told this was unnecessary and that all that was needed was pebbles placed against the wall. So why did I need another quote? What a rip off!
