Be wary of this company
Paid almost R16000 for a 10 year warranty from this company. 5 weeks after completion, there was water seepage inside the garage. A company representative, Tjaart, said the warranty did not cover water seepage and offered a quote to dig down to the foundation. At the time of the original quote, I was told this was unnecessary and that all that was needed was pebbles placed against the wall. So why did I need another quote? What a rip off!

Be wary of this company

Pathetic
Extremely late. Full of excuses. Broken equipment. Called head office to find out what's going on... Drops my call. On day 3 of a one day contract. Stuck with one guy that cant leave his phone alone.....

Workers stole personal property
<p>Although I secured most of my personal property, a device was stolen while workers were left unattended. I was very disappointed with Damp King's response. They they didn't follow up with me and dismissed my concerns for other clients in future. They seemed indifferent and didn't seem to complete an internal investigation at all. I would not recommend Damp King because you cannot trust the staff. </p>

Workers stole personal property
<p>Although I secured most of my personal property, a device was stolen while workers were left unattended. I was very disappointed with Damp King's response. They they didn't follow up with me and dismissed my concerns for other clients in future. They seemed indifferent and didn't seem to complete an internal investigation at all. Poor customer service
<p>Over the past month I have contacted Damp King 3-4 times to request paint for the interior of my home as the paint delivered in Nov 2016 did not match the colour. Further to this I also requested Damp King to visit my home and fix work done 18 months ago which should be under guarantee. I have had no response to my queries other than that someone will come back to me every time I call.</p> <p>Really poor service. I would not recommend Damp King to anyone.</p>

Lack of service
I've called out Damp King in Nov/early Dec 2015 to inspect my property and provide a quote for services. Firstly the guy arrives 45min late without any notice and after many calls he finally arrives without an apology. Then he does the inspection, doesn't quite answer my questions and I have yet to receive a quote. I was called by the call Centre to follow up on whether I would go ahead but I stated that I never received a quote to which they were going to follow up on. It's now end Feb 2016 and still no correspondence. Clearly Damp King doesn't need the work with this attitude! Worst service ever...

If I ever have a damp problem (a proper problem) there is no doubt, you will be the first one I call.
