I have booked accommodation at Damview Holiday Apartments weekend of the 24th to 26th February over Hyperli. Tas, who was very friendly contacted me to enquire if I would like to "upgrade" for an additional fee of R350, which I agreed to. However, the room was really not maintained properly.
- The room had a damp stench due to the cupboards
- The toilet seat was so broken it kept falling off
- The TV never worked at all due to poor connection
- Worst of all there was an infestation of ****roaches all over the microwave, table, kettle, frames, etc.
It was highly disappointing & embarrassing as this was booked as a getaway for my partners birthday. I dread to think what the designated room was like if THIS was an "upgrade"
I am not happy considering the rate paid of R1435
I have pictures of all the above except the toilet seat should you require it
This is NOT the type of place I would recommend as it is very poorly maintained.
I cannot find fault the service from Tas & Shazia but there's much to be said about the place I emailed them & have yet to get acknowledged
