I requested a quote from Pineapple Insurance but decided not to proceed. Despite this, my account was still debited on 15 December. When I contacted a consultant, I was advised that the refund would take 14–15 working days to process and that, due to the festive season, it should reflect by 30 December 2025. To date, I have not received any refund. Since then, attempts to follow up have been extremely frustrating. Calls are met with the response that the company is still closed for the festive season, and emails go unanswered. I’m honestly relieved I chose not to proceed with this insurer. While the sales process appears organised and efficient, the after-sales service is extremely poor. Debiting a client who did not proceed and then failing to communicate or refund timeously is unacceptable. Based on this experience, I would not recommend Pineapple Insurance.

Went in to change my number plates after months of it being over due. Met by such friendly faces. Was approached by Cyril who walked me to the office, fetched my pates & got Sifiso to fit it on. All the while speaking to me like he knew me for ages. 5 Star service THANK YOU
I have booked accommodation at Damview Holiday Apartments weekend of the 24th to 26th February over Hyperli. Tas, who was very friendly contacted me to enquire if I would like to "upgrade" for an additional fee of R350, which I agreed to. However, the room was really not maintained properly. - The room had a damp stench due to the cupboards - The toilet seat was so broken it kept falling off - The TV never worked at all due to poor connection - Worst of all there was an infestation of ****roaches all over the microwave, table, kettle, frames, etc. It was highly disappointing & embarrassing as this was booked as a getaway for my partners birthday. I dread to think what the designated room was like if THIS was an "upgrade" I am not happy considering the rate paid of R1435 I have pictures of all the above except the toilet seat should you require it This is NOT the type of place I would recommend as it is very poorly maintained. I cannot find fault the service from Tas & Shazia but there's much to be said about the place I emailed them & have yet to get acknowledged Damview +27 76 408 0220
On the 10th September I purchased a few items at this store. At the pay point the speed point, as usual had a network problem. Apparently the amount was declined, then reversed.... of which I did get a reversed sms. So we tried again & the payment went through. About 2 days later, the amount was taken off my account again. I checked my transaction history to confirm & call the store. I was told to please email them with proof, which I did the next day. A week later I am told they need to confirm on their side if the amount was paid twice. It is utterly frustrating having to follow up with them as they are fully aware of this problem as I was told yet they have no sense of urgency for customer service.

I went into Decofurn Northriding and placed an order for a desk and office chair for my 7 year old son on 29 Jan 2021. I was told it would take 10-15 days. On 23 FEBRUARY I was notified my desk was there. When I called, I was told the chair was still on it's way. So I asked if both pieces could be assembled as I am a single mum and cannot get it done at home. I was asked to pay, i made an eft payment ON the 23rd but was told by Stuart it would take a week because the assembler had old stock to get out. I agreed. A weekend a half later I called to make arrangements to have it picked up. Thomas, the manager says it has not been assembled, can I give him 2 days. I said no problem I will have it picked on Friday4 days later. I paid R300 fod pvt delivery only for it to arrive in boxes. I had called Thomas on 5th March and he said someone would pick up and sort it out. I have yet to hear from Thomas, having called twice today 8th March Honestly disgusting service
I purchased a vacuum cleaner for the first time on Friday 9 Oct. When I used it the dust circulated everywhere so I brought it back to Builders Warehouse Northriding. The manager was helpful and checked it. It was loose on the seal clip so I agreed to exchange. I have been waiting for 45 mins and the Tevo consultant is no where to be found despite numerous service announcements I am disgusted and appalled yet the consultant was so quick to make the sale
Experiencing the WORST service from this company. Delivered the router over 24 hours ago. Tried activating via my fibre line & picked up an error, had been passed from person to person, no update. Have tried contacting their Whatsapp line since 8:30 with NO RESPONSE. Tried calling them throughout the day & only got through now at 17:40... no help whatsoever! ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING SERVICE
