Extremely disappointed with service!

Extremely disappointed with service.

We have spent over R3,000 with Danfix Appliances since last year trying to fix our washing machine. Despite multiple visits and payments, the machine is STILL not fixed, and the issues were only discovered after the technician left each time.

This is unacceptable service and not what any paying customer should expect. Under the Consumer Protection Act (CPA), services should be performed with reasonable care and skill — and that simply hasn’t happened here.

Not recommended unless real, lasting service is provided.
