Terrible Customer Experience

Had the worst experience dealing with Dan and his team. He advised that I could purchase a part for my microwave from him and then he did not take my calls or reply to messages after numerous follow-ups. I was contacted almost 2 weeks later after I complained about the poor service and now the price of the part had gone up. After advising him that I no longer wish to deal with him due to the poor service he got nasty and accused me of not wanting to pay, when I had decided to rather purchase a new microwave. I was shocked and appalled by his conduct and will not recommend him.
