I contacted Danie du Toit's on 2 December 2014 to lodge a formal complaint regarding the damaged mattress. Antoinette contacted me a few days later and advised that she will liaise Simmons. After several phone calls and follow up emails, Simmons conducted an inspection on 6 February 2015. The Simmons inspection revealed that the mattress is damaged and requested a fee to repair the faulty product which is under warrantee. I specifically purchased a top of the range mattress, as recommended by Jannie, at the time to ensure that I get value for money from my purchase as well as longevity. I have clearly not achieved either. Considering that I have purchased the mattress from Danie du Toit due to loyalty and what I believed at the time is an organisation that provides and prides themselves of good quality customer service. I decided to contact management and have since made numerous phone calls where I have left messages and sent 5 emails for all the owners, Lucy, Jannie and Leroy du Toit without receiving any reply, let alone any assistance. My illusion that this organisation provided high level services has been proven wrong. Based on my experience I would not make use of them again
