In April 2014 we bought a bedroom suite and a dining room suite from Danie du Toit at the Homemakers Expo, specifically attended to by Leroy. WE PAID CASH FOR THIS. As we were busy with renovations we asked that it only be delivered later upon completion of our project. The furniture was delivered approximately August 2014. It was still kept in storage in our garage, covered with plastic until approximately November when our bedroom was completed. Within 4 months, the headboard fabric tore, we contacted them on numerous occasions without any luck. If we do not phone, we do not get any response. The person dealing with us, as Leroy was always busy, was Antoinette, trying to keep us happy and never coming back to us. We are not at the stage where we are taking this to the ombudsman. This is pathetic pathetic customer service. Quick to sell but NO AFTER SALES SERVICE!
