Title: Partial Refund & No Response – Very Disappointing Service
Complaint:
I am extremely disappointed with the service I have received from Daniel Wellington regarding my order SH60607 ZA, placed on the 25th of February.
I returned my full order using the courier service provided and instructed by the company. All items were returned exactly as received, as they did not fit me.
According to their records, the return was received around the 25th of March. However, no confirmation or images of the received items were shared with me at that time.
On the 1st of April, I received a refund — but only for part of the order. One of the bracelets that I returned was not included in the refund, and no proper explanation was provided.
I have since sent multiple emails trying to resolve this matter, but I have not received any response.
This raises serious concerns about their return handling process and accountability, especially since I followed their instructions and used their designated courier.
As a consumer, I am protected under the Consumer Protection Act, which requires fair, transparent, and reasonable service. I believe this situation falls short of those standards.
I am deeply aggrieved and request:
A full investigation into my return
A clear explanation of what happened to the missing bracelet
Immediate refund of the outstanding amount
I hope this matter can be resolved urgently.
