Daniel Wellington online warranty claims is absolutely pathetic and disorganised I've sent a email regarding the issue and the factory defect the ring has..but no response from them the level of service is poor!!! Very unhappy customer ☹️

Returned a parcel for a watch that was not the right size. Now the parcel is lost. No feedback and a loss of R2,690. Don't ever buy anything online with them. Went to the store in Menlyn for assistance and received the worst service with extremely rude personnel.

I had bought a watch online from Daniel Wellington I received it on the 6th of December. The watch is small and I wanted to return it to buy a bigger one. I’ve followed the return process as per email I received as they said I can’t return in store. I logged the return with the courier company UPS and on the day of collection they sent an email to say my parcel has been collected when it has not been collected. I made contact with the courier regarding this and they said I should ignore the email the driver is still on the way. To date my parcel is yet to be collected. I’ve have been calling the courier everyday since and holding for over 20min to get through to an agent and be told they will follow up with the Cape Town team. This is such an inconvenience as this is suppose to be a Christmas gift hence I bought it way in advance to avoid delays. The service of your courier is pathetic to say the least. It’s been over a month of back and forth with UPS and Daniel Wellington trying to get assistance. I’ve been more than patient!

I regret buying from DW online, they have the worse customer service. Their return/exchange system is not user friendly, there’s no direct line to contact them. They take for ever to respond to email. I wish I had read the reviews before making an online purchase. I’m even afraid to return my parcel because of the reviews I’m reading here.

I placed an order with Daniel Wellington in November and refused delivery of one of the watches. I was informed that my refund had already been processed, however to date I still have not received it. Despite providing my order number multiple times and responding to every email request, the matter remains unresolved. I later discovered that another delivery was accepted while I was away, which I immediately reported and made available for collection so the refund could be fast-tracked yet no courier has been arranged and no clear communication has been provided. I have followed up repeatedly by email and have received either no response or generic replies with no action. I am now sitting with the product in my possession and no refund, months after the original purchase. This has been one of the most frustrating online shopping experiences I have had. I am simply asking for what I am owed the refund for a returned product but I have had to chase this for weeks with no resolution. I would appreciate Daniel Wellington urgently arranging the collection of the parcel and processing my refund without further delay.

We just walked out of Daniel Wellington in Memlyn mall. We wanted to find out how to return a faulty item bought online asthey had no stock instore after a diamond fell out. The guy at the counter was rude and not helpfull at all. Even wemt on to do otjer stuff while we were talking to him. I will never ever buy anything from Faniel Wellington again and especially from that store. They are rude and useless and doesnt even present well in the store. They are a disgrace
