Daniel Wellington online warranty claims is absolutely pathetic and disorganised I've sent a email regarding the issue and the factory defect the ring has..but no response from them the level of service is poor!!! Very unhappy customer ☹️
Steers Newcastle drive thru...pathetic rock bottom service....absolutely poor!!!! Staff are not available at the drive thru have to hoot n wait they take long to attend to the order secondly they have no interest and cannot explain the menu properly...i waited in the parking for my order after complaining at the front counter to speed things up then the order came The food was salty and not up to standard!!! Chips was burnt and the burgers was just a flop!!! The staff in that branch néed proper training and coaching as they have no sense of customer service!!!!
Great promotion pathetic service from ocean basket newcastle branch!!!! Unhappy with the management and staff from the branch It was a family outing as we attended on a Sunday afternoon for a late lunch only to be told there is no prawns / mussels/ calamari as the manager informed us they will be outsourcing the products from local supermarkets i was asked to wait as it wont be long sadly after waiting very long nearly a hour and believing empty promises we got served low quality food not up to the standard of what i know it to be the portions was smaller then it supposed to be the savoury rice was hard and the stale prawns was of a very small size the mussels were old and stale no freshness absolute disaster yet the manager states we doing the best we can and the rice portions was smaller not even a quarter s**** of rice …basically the manager should of put up a notice and informed us at the door of the situation as i had my sister in law who is a quadriplegic wheel chair bound also waiting for the order like how are customers supposed to be assisted when nothing was in order poor service leads to customers not returning again With the small portions sizes i had to order double of the same as it was clear to see the kitchen was trying to stretch the little bit they had to serve everyone. !!!! My bill was R1620 for my order but i was ****** due to the shortages and didn't get what i paid for I’m very upset about the service as ocean basket has a reputation to uphold i called in the branch to express my dissatisfaction and speak to the manager but i was told he's not available in a meeting i would receive a call by the afternoon till to date I've heard nothing from the branch… all my time and money wasted i deserve to be compensated because it was a horrific appalling experience !!!
Game Newcastle pathetic service!!!! Upon waiting in long queues with only few cashier's available I enquired about a price beat on a certain item only to be told it is not valid yet I had everything in order.. Customer service is extremely poor I don't see myself going back for anything further to the store !!!
I've been calling the cancellation Department for a settlement amount on my contract no As I want to settle..and reopen another new line But nobody can give me an amount on the settlement after calling numerous times my calls get cut off ??? .. please can I receive some assistance with this ..
The consultant leonie van jaarsveld at imagine cruising Was excellent n efficient outstanding service as she helped me every step of the way with what query I had ..much appreciated
