I had bought a watch online from Daniel Wellington I received it on the 6th of December. The watch is small and I wanted to return it to buy a bigger one. I’ve followed the return process as per email I received as they said I can’t return in store. I logged the return with the courier company UPS and on the day of collection they sent an email to say my parcel has been collected when it has not been collected. I made contact with the courier regarding this and they said I should ignore the email the driver is still on the way. To date my parcel is yet to be collected.
I’ve have been calling the courier everyday since and holding for over 20min to get through to an agent and be told they will follow up with the Cape Town team. This is such an inconvenience as this is suppose to be a Christmas gift hence I bought it way in advance to avoid delays. The service of your courier is pathetic to say the least.
It’s been over a month of back and forth with UPS and Daniel Wellington trying to get assistance. I’ve been more than patient!
