Daniella's jewelry dishonest

Bought a ring(tungstan) from them in March 2018 in Jul 2018 the ring had a chip took it back to them on 06 July ,enquire about it on the 18 th they phoned me back and I was told they will replace the ring as it was not supposed to do this. I was then informed that I have to pay for postage I refused and told them I bought it from them and returned it to them I have nothing to do with the supplier he then told me that he will give me the supliers details to claim from them . My wife collected my ring 24 Jul and they refused to give her the information about the supplier and we can do what we want and he told her that I am childish not for paying this We bought the ring from Daniella's and paid them for the ring not from supliers. Please do not support this shop as they are not honest.

They are situated in Benoni shop 22 the Square By the way this is my wedding ring very disappointed.
