Store owner refuses to give refund and becomes verbally aggressive and verbally abusive

I purchased a pair of ear rings from them on Sat 8th Dec. I was not too sure about the size so I enquired about the returns policy and asked if I can bring them back if it's wrong. They told me I can bring them back for a refund if it's wrong. Then 2 days later I went to ask for a refund. They refused to refund and only exchange. I replied to say that 2 days ago, they said I could refund it. The owner said "It's your word against mine", he started raising his voice and throwing his arms around, and getting aggressive. He came around from the counter to my side and told me to get out of his shop. When I threatened to go to social media he told me "you can do what you want, I don't care" . There are many other reviews on Hello Peter re this jewellery store, STAY AWAY!!!!
