What happened to my money??

I paid in October using the EFT system that is found on the RAGE online statement website but to date my debt has not changed, I called Rage landline endlessly, I have sent an email to payments@ragesa.co za, tulom and mocheonm. But still I have not been helped. Instead my credit score is being ruined whereas I try to keep up with my payments.

Rather give me a refund so I can go to the store and pay in person.
