Good day I paid in October using the EFT system that is found on the RAGE online statement website but to date my debt has not changed, I called Rage landline endlessly, I have sent an email to payments@ragesa.co za, tulom and mocheonm. But still I have not been helped. Instead my credit score is being ruined whereas I try to keep up with my payments. Rather give me a refund so I can go to the store and pay in person.
I was so excited when I received a subscription as a gift from MTN and I was like "oh boy what great luxk is this"? Little did I know that whatever is being ran by Disney + and MTN is bogus. The gift subscription expired on Saturday and on Sunday at 22:23 pm I subscribed using MTN airtime and I received an sms confirming my subscription and then at 22:28.pm I received another sms stating that my subscription was canceled! Why would I waste R49 if I don't want the product? I am not careless and I am not stupid either!! I was ****** of R49 and I am being sent from pilar to post and no one is saying anything up until I spoke to Tshego who assisted me about 10 minutes ago and she just sent a screenshot showing me the cancelation sms. So MTN took R49 and the 5 mins after I have canceled the. Subscription? Just like that my R49 has GONE DOWN THE DRAIN!! JUST LIKE THAT!! I am not a happy customer!!
I regret taking out a contract phone with your company. My contract bill was R292 and it was due to end in October 2024 but due to unforeseen circumstances I couldn't pay for October and Vodacom sent me an email that they are escalating the matter to collections and I now owe them R392,this was sent on the 7th and then on the 19th of October they sent another email that the bill was now R448 and I should contact them to arrange payment plan. I didn't call and the month ended.November the 7th came and passed and I couldn't pay yet again. On the 19th of November they send yet another email that I now owe R748 for my bill. Early December I paid the full amount and on the 9th I received a notification of a debit order and when I checked my email I now owe R245,98. How? Why are you still billing me whereas our contract has ended in October? I called yesterday that you should cancel my contract and the agent registered me on another contract that I had politely rejected prior the registration. I ended the call with him on a bad note. Today around 14:40 pm I called Vodacom and requested the cancelation and I was told that the agent that assisted me yesterday requested the cancelation and canceled it same hence I never received any email or sms. And today the same agent from yesterday had to re-request my cancelation.Now I am wondering if I will have to pay R245,98 in January or not? *The cancelation contact centre said my account was up to date.I called them yesterday. I am grateful to Vaneshree and the other agent that assisted me.🙏
