I usually don’t write reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience with Dapper Cape Town, hoping it helps others make informed decisions.
I placed an order on 03 October 2024 and was initially hopeful, given the brand’s appealing presentation. Unfortunately, what followed was months of delays, unfulfilled promises, and a deeply frustrating lack of follow-through.
Despite multiple assurances from the support team, including direct correspondence with a representative named Jim, my order never arrived. I was repeatedly told that the shipment was “almost ready” and that my case was being prioritized, but no meaningful action followed. I eventually requested a full refund in January 2025, and followed up again in May 2025—still with no resolution or refund.
Adding to the disappointment, their website has since gone offline and all email correspondence has stopped working. This has made it impossible to follow up further, and it raises serious concerns about the legitimacy or sustainability of the business.
While their customer service tone was friendly, the actual service delivery was poor. A simple transaction turned into a prolonged and unresolved issue that wasted my time and trust.
I would not recommend Dapper Cape Town based on this experience. Until there is a serious improvement in transparency, delivery, and customer support, I advise others to proceed with caution or avoid entirely.
