Bad service
I was at Dischem world of beauty festival today,the 2 ladies that were helping me regarding the purchase I wanted to make they were rude ,annoyed by the questions I needed to know very disappointed and I even regret buy from them

Why has a relaxer I ...
Why has a relaxer I have been using for years burnt my daughter in seconds of applying? My daughters scalp suffered 3rd degree burns I’m very angry and disappointed my baby is only 6 years old to go through such trauma to think we’ve used the same product on her for the past 4years now this horrible horrible thing happened.

Why has a relaxer I have been using for years burnt my daughter in seconds of applying? Excellent products and customer services
I had the best experience at the Dark and lovely stall at the Nike wellness festival. The hairstylist did wonders to my hair. The product he used on my hair was the waterless cleaner it was amazing the results. I love this product.

HAIR LOSS
I need to lodge a huge complaint. I am deeply traumatized after purchasing one of your hair products to relax my hair. I am a regular Revlon Dark and Lovely user I bought Dark and Lovely Precise Diamond Regular relaxer and as soon as I app**** the relaxer I felt a very bad burning sensation. I immediately rushed to rinse my hair and noticed chunks if my hair falling out. I first thought nothing of it but the more I washed the more the hair fell out. I scalp burned so bad and I had bald patches and I had to shave my hair off. I have talked videos and photos this as I am deeply traumatized by me losing my hair in such a terrible I am attaching photos and videos of this horrible experience.

Dark and lovely relaxer
I purchased the fat protein bodifying relaxer for the first time and used it to relax my hair. OMG as I was working the relaxer into my hair, my hair strands started braking and falling out. At first I thought it was hair that was supposed to fallout anyway and didn’t think much of it until I rinsed my hair. 😭😭😭 my hair fell off my head like It was being cut off. I lost so so much hair that I now have to cut it all off. I can’t guys. Now I want to know what is the way forward??? I am extremely disappointed.

Terrifying and Disgusted experience ever
On the 16th April 2022, I have purchased a 125ml Dark & Lovely Straight and Shine Relaxer.The moment I started applying this product my scalp started burning in less than 5 minutes I then immediately rinsed my hair while rinising i noticed long strands of my hair falled out from my roots, the water in the basin was covered with hair and when I checked the mirror I immediately saw the bald sections where my hair fell out.Few days latest I saw the add that their was a fault in the batch they produced and sent to the shelves without checking!!!!!My scalp was burned, I am sitting with Scabs on my scalp and and half Bald. Dark & Lovely wants to reimburse me with a R30 voucher which does not cover the damage and pain I have to endure never mind the Salon fees to now cut my hair.This services is totally unprofessional to say the least!

Dark and lovely relaxer
I relaxed my hair on the 9th of April with the batch that they recalled needless to say i had to cut off all my hair and what's making it even worse is the fact that they are not saying a word.
