Emotionally drained by Defy
I received my Defy Fountain Wash today, but unfortunately, it's not working as expected. Despite following the manual, the water is overflowing. I'm disappointed and stressed about the issue.

Being followed by the security because of my skin colour
I was at Woolworths Krugerdrop Sunday , I was followed by the security guard as I was busying doing shopping strange part is that other customer were not being followed since there were white people, I’m very disappointed and hurt by the treatment and I don’t see myself going back to the store and only Woolworths for that matter.

Unsatisfactory Seating and smelling bus
Dear Intercity Team, I'm writing to express my disappointment with my recent bus journey from Johannesburg to Queenstown. I booked two seats, but unfortunately, our seats were allocated next to the toilet, which was unbearably smelling and made the journey extremely uncomfortable. Given the booking details and expectations, I'd appreciate it if you could look into seat allocation and bus cleanliness to prevent similar experiences for future passengers.

Unhappy mum
My 2 years old toddler has been using this product since day one ,but 2 months ago she started having a nappy rash I thought it will go away but it kept getting worse by day...I took my child to a doctor because her private part was red and it looked like it's been burnt and I wrote Bennett baby email and they said they gonna call me it's been 2 weeks.. I would advise new mums like me not to buy this product I spent a fortune for my child to get help because of their product..
