False advertising

Absolutely disgusted by the service and which manner my order was handled. The dress brown maroon dress I ordered ended up being a shocking red dress.

The material is paper thin literally a piece of material it’s so thin you can see everything. Drove 35 min to return the dress as per the message I received from the Manager as I complained about the dress. I was advised that I can bring it back just to be told by the sales lady I can’t they will have to give me a credit to use on any of their clothing. I’ve explained to her that nothing fits and it’s all too big and as per the Manager I was told I can return the dress.

I’ve called the Manager 5 times and refuses to take my call. I have a wedding in 2 days which the dress was ordered for and now I’m left with nothing to wear.
