Pathetic service

<p>I had a device with this company,did a transaction of R14.600, Mercantile paid out the money but they refusing to settle me telling me transactions were suspected fraud,its being 9 months ,wouldnt the card holder laid a charge back by now,,being emailin with no respond ,went to their office i was told they wil give me feedback withing a day but dololo... Sies ,my money will hunt u down... Try me.</p>
