Five days later, and the team at Data Keepers still have not resolved the issue. The turnaround time on tickets is super slow and the telephonic staff does need seem to understand the basic s of their business.

As a result of this, we have even lost our No.1 ranking on Google.

Save time and frustration and go with a reputable company that offer better support and service. In the end, it will be worth it.
